Our Story

NorthernPlus began at BWdB, a Midwest marketing agency. When an elder law client needed to replace their 20-page PDF intake form with something a real person could complete on a phone, we built it. Soon, we saw that every business we spoke to had the same need.

Building on this insight, we pulled the product out and rebuilt it with AI as the spine, allowing every lead to be instantly scored by Kate^ai and immediately prioritized by Jo^ai for follow-up. This ensures that leads receive callbacks when they're most receptive.
